Shipping:
Thetrustpharmacy.com can deliver to any address worldwide.
Your signature upon receipt will be required when the order is delivered.
We use Subscribed International Airmail for all of our orders with the final delivery time depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Orders generally arrive within 20 to 25 days. However we ask you to please be patient and wait up to 30 days.
We will not and cannot accept cancellation requests once the order has been processed and the order confirmation is sent to you via e-mail.
Thetrustpharmacy.com is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address when ordering.
Once the order is shipped, the delivery time will depend of the efficiency of your local postal services.
Thetrustpharmacy.com has no knowledge of import laws into any country. It is each customer responsibility to be aware of the importation laws of their respective countries

All orders are received via a secure server, to ensure that your sensitive information is kept private and to guarantee your peace of mind. Your credit card will be charged in the amount indicated.
Lost orders:
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of being shipped, we will re-ship it at no charge. We will not re-ship an order until this 30-day period has passed.
Please Note: We will make TWO SUBSEQUENT ATTEMPTS to deliver a lost order. We will not be responsible for re-shipping your order a third time but your money will be refunded." |
