Why are your prices so low?
A more appropriate question might be Why are prices so high in the U.S.? We are not entirely certain as to why such a price discrepancy exists but our best guess is that U.S. consumers are paying a disproportionate share of the drug companies Research and Development costs.
Can I really order Medications without a prescription?
Yes. The FDA allows a 90-day supply of medication to be imported from foreign pharmacies without a prescription. This just means you do not have to have a prescription to purchase the Meds... you still have to have one to possess them.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
We typically process orders within 4-5 days after we receive them. Transit times via the postal service vary greatly from 1-4 weeks. Be patient!
Where is the tracking number for my order?
There is no tracking number provided for Air Mail shipments. We do have registration numbers for all orders that we ship so, if your order does not show up within a reasonable amount of time, we can always initiate a trace on it using the registration number.
Its been several weeks since my order was supposedly shipped. Did you guys really send it or are you just a bunch of crooks like so many other online pharmacies?
We are in business to deliver high quality products at an affordable price. Given the difficulty of getting and keeping customers as an online foreign pharmacy, ripping off our clientele would be one of the dumbest things we could do. Remember, despite our best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner, there are two other entities involved in the chain of delivery over whom we have no control: the postal service and Customs authorities. Their performance/interference, or lack thereof, play a significant role in the delivery of your order.
Are the medicines safe?
The brand name medications are manufactured by the same companies and laboratories that make the medications in the US. The appearance of some of the medicines could be different due to packaging/processing issues.
Where do the medicines come from?
A fully qualified, reputable Latin American pharmacy operating since 2001. The medication is mailed (via international mail) directly to you.

Cancelling orders ?
You may cancel your order before you receive the confirmation via e- mail informing that your order has been procesed.
